A personal health record

Your whole health,
resolved into one view.

A weigh-in. A lab marker. A dose taken. A set logged. On their own, each is a single tile. Tesseta gathers hundreds of them — from your Fitbit, your bloodwork, your training — into one picture you can actually read, kept in sync across your phone, your watch, and the web.

One private record. The backend is the source of truth — your clients only ever read your own data.

The app

One screen for your whole health.

The dashboard draws every signal — weight and body composition, resting heart rate, HRV, sleep, blood markers, today's doses, and your latest activity — into a single glance. Real values from the record; an em-dash where there's no data, never a guess.

The Tesseta dashboard: weight, resting heart rate, HRV, sleep and steps tiles above a body-composition trend chart, a blood panel, and today's medication doses

What it tracks

Every signal that describes how you're actually doing.

Health data flows in from your Fitbit through the Google Health API and is normalized once on the backend. Everything below reads from that single, correct source — a number you see always matches what was ingested or entered.

A dashboard that reads at a glance

Weight and body-composition trend, top blood markers, today's doses, steps, sleep, HRV, and resting heart rate — with a live recent-activity feed. Empty states show an em-dash, never a fabricated number.

Blood markers, from a PDF

Upload a lab report and Tesseta extracts the markers for you, then charts each one over time so a drifting value is obvious long before it's a problem.

Body composition & DEXA

Track lean mass, fat, and regional breakdowns. Upload a DEXA scan and review the extracted, editable regions — no manual transcription.

Medications & adherence

Dosage schedules, adherence history, and on-device dose reminders with grouped one-tap check-off. Decision support for protocols like TRT is grounded in your own history.

Nutrition, captured in a tap

Photograph a meal, a label, or a barcode and it's recognized and logged — calories always derived from macros. One-tap re-logging of recent meals and a describe-a-meal shortcut make the habit stick.

Training, coached set by set

Periodized programs, an exercise library with demo frames, and a full-screen coach with spoken cues, prior-session prefill, and mid-session swaps for whatever your gym has — offline-first, so a dead signal never stops a workout.

Goals and programs, planned with AI

Chat through a goal and get a concrete, trackable plan; a metric-event engine measures real progress against it. The program designer is grounded in your logged and imported training history — estimated 1RMs, sensible volume ramps, built-in deloads, and per-phase nutrition — so the plan fits the athlete you actually are, not a template.

A closer look

Every domain gets its own considered surface.

Not dashboards bolted together — each area is designed for the way you actually read it, and every one stays in sync with the same record.

How it works

One source of truth, everywhere you look.

01

The backend owns the record

A single service holds the only connection to your data store and normalizes every signal once. Your phone, watch, and browser are readers of that record — never independent copies drifting apart.

02

In sync across devices

Log a set on your phone and it's there on the web. Money-path writes are atomic, so concurrent edits never lose or double-count. The goal is simple: never lose your data.

03

Works when the network doesn't

The Android app is offline-first: reads come from an encrypted on-device mirror and writes are journaled and replayed when you're back online. Finish the workout in the basement gym; it syncs later.

Privacy & trust

Health data, held to a health-data standard.

This is PHI-grade information, and it's treated that way. Access is authenticated and denied by default. Data is strictly scoped per user — you can only ever reach your own records.

  • Authenticated access only, with Google sign-in across web, phone, and watch
  • Strict per-user scoping — no cross-account access, by construction
  • Secrets envelope-encrypted at rest with managed keys (KMS); TLS in transit
  • The on-device mirror is encrypted with SQLCipher

Platforms

Meet your record where you are.

Android phone

The everyday capture surface — dose reminders, meal capture, and the set-by-set workout coach. Native, offline-first, built for one-handed logging.

Wear OS

Signed in from your wrist, sharing the phone's record — the foundation for glanceable tiles and complications as they roll out.

Web

The room-to-think surface: research browsing, chart-heavy review, AI goal and program chat, and admin over your catalogs.

See the whole picture.
